Skype Problem - Resetting Password Help?

I have a problem resetting my Skype password. I put my email and everything and I get to the reset password page. I input my new password. It says (Please Contact Customer Support) Or something like that... I did this like 3 TIMES with different passwords and it still says that! It it something to do with my browser?? I dunno, because now it says that I have to retry in 24 Hours because I requested too many password resets �.�
