My computer won't start...something about BIOS?

Everytime I start up my computer when it shows the little loading bar it says BIOS or something like that. Then it gives the selection of safe mode, Safe mode with networking, last time all settings worked properly, and Start Windows normally. No matter which one i select a blue page always comes up and then says to retry and to remove the BIOS. What do I do?
