The Department of Veterans Affairs?

What agency is allowing all this unnessessary spending and fraud that is going on within the Dept. of Veterans affairs ! The Budget set aside for Vets was set last year at over 3 Billion $$$$ now all these States are creating BOGUS Vet scams under the guise that they are helping veterans. The multi Million dollar Vet call center in Utah is currently under fraud investigation From the DOJ But thats just the tip of the ice burg I am so sick of what State Governments are doing with this VA $$$. Setting up websites that don't work ! Who do I need to call to report FEDERAL $$$ FRAUDS ? They dont even hire Vets as required by law ! They hire relatives and family members and then Street scum to run these half A$$ED programs !
