Castle in Germany with underground tunnel?

About ten years ago I visited Germany, and we stayed near Darmstadt. I remember visiting a few castles, and from what I can figure it was Frankenstein's and Burg Maus. Either of those have a tunnel sort of thing we could've peaked into? I was only 11. Wish I would have paid better attention any other ideas?
