A weird sickness I caught?

Hello my name is Andrew, I'm 14 years old and I believe I've caught something because I've been really sick for the last couple days, but I don't know what I have, I have a sore throat, I've been having headaches, I've been suddenly tired, ( Which is unusual for me because I'm normally night owl and is usually never tired ) There are times where I feel full and I don't want to eat but then about 2 or 3 hours later I feel like I've starved myself,and my body heat is all out of whack, in places where I'm supposed to be burning hot, I'm freezing like and ice burg, same rules apply the other way around, and it's really bugging me, so could anyone tell me what I have, my mom's a nurse and she's doesn't even know what I have, if it's the flu, strep throat, or just a really bad fever
