What to do about no bail warrant in sacramento felony missed 5th court date many prior mis convts?

I know I need a attorney but public defender said will not make difference with judges in courtroom 8 and 9 in sacramento ca. He said I will be in jail with a unreasonable bail until case is over by jury trial or a plead initial offer was 8 months so im in a ugly situation and i was stopped evening of missed court date when no bail warrant was issued but I was let go with a ticket because warrant had not been entered yet. does this make a difference that it was not entered and I was let go? How can I turn myself in on no bail warrant with some idea of a new bail amount or how long they will hold me or options for ankle monitor. I have a residence in sacramento and business self employed and have lost everything because of missed court date including my previous apartment and stand to loose my business and everything if im in jail for more than a short time. The case is a marijuana grow house I was hired to repair and the people across the street called the cops and they charged me with one count of fel burg. I have 14 similar past related priors due to the controversial nature of fixing these homes after a bust.
