I'm having problems loading Sims 3 Outdoor Living, help?!?

When I first bought the game I had no problem downloading it, then all of a sudden sunset valley wouldn't load, i tried multiple things other people suggested and nothing worked, finally I uninstalled the game hoping to reinstall it [i uninstalled everything] and now everytime i go to install the sims 3 outdoor living it loads really quick then when its loading "GameplayData.package" it comes up with an error saying "File: D:/Game/Bin/Gameplay/GameplayData.packag… Error: Data Error (cyclic redundancy check) i've tried to retry the problem and it loads more than comes back to the same problem, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!! i've never had problems like these before and i'm not sure what to do :(
