Warcraft 3 problem please help?

Make sure you bought a real version of Warcraft Frozen Throne or Reign of Chaos. I haven't played or seen the game in a long time, but maybe you didn't install the full version of Warcraft 3. I remember that there was an option of installing the whole version or just a quick version.
