Why are my games for the PS3 Welcome Back promotion not downloading?

I tried to download the 2 PS3 games and 2 PSP games, and even though in my "download purchases" section it says "Game 1", "Game 2", etc, the only game that actually shows up for downloading is LBP for the PSP. What gives? Please let me know if this has happened to you, and if you were able to actually get your games. By the way, when I was trying to "purchase" the free games, I kept getting error messages, and having to retry the purchase, but after each retry, it said that the purchase went through.
