Hi is there any one to help me from bed burgs . Pls don't say pest control .pls tell me is there any medicine!?

Is there any medicine or chemical pls let me know. Coz it's very difficult to control.even when we change house also it's very difficult to control. It's wasting my valuable time pls any one there to guide me........
