So basiclly if you know someone has a warrant and their in your moms house, doing drugs around her, you cant d?

this jerk is in my moms house, doing drugs, etc. he has 2 warrants, for BURG> and I want him out..the bondsman wont do anything, if I call the cops,and they tell her I called, then I'll have to worry about him coming after me...what can i do?
