I need help now. This is in regards to my mother and my siblings. Please help?

Ok so I have posted a few times on here of basic things that are going on right now with my family and seeking help, though not really getting anything, and it is at the point where my mother has gone (literally) insane. My mother is very verbally and physically abusive, though she denies it. She is abuses narcotic drugs in which she will go to hospital after hospital looking for some good pain killers. I actually went along with her a year back when she met up with drug dealers to get illegal narcotics. She does not have my little sister in school nor has she been in school for over 2 years now, going on 3. My sister is the spitting image of Marilyn Manson and has had sex twice and she is only 14 years old. My brother is drug addict as well though he fancies pot instead and has this big dream of moving to California to get a lot of it. This is only the tip of the ice-burg and if you are a social worker, prosecutor, or any type of person that can get me the help I need to get for my family please contact me ASAP.
