On May 10, Douglas folks & the Council-what 2 burgs were still separated by a body of water?
Your question is all garbage. Are you trying to say that there is something special about May 10th? Who is Douglas? What council are you trying to talk about? And .. there are lots of burgs separated by a body of water. Did you expect the water to disappear on May 10th?
