Plz explain a rule 11 to me?

so i was arested for 3 degree burg and i am taking it to trial and now they want to rule 11 me or send me to a dr i was not in any way involved in anything other then following my boyfrioend to pick him up he called me that am and said how sorry he was he wanted to work it yadyada and i fell for it wen really he was just using me for his convinence and as a fall guy he knew the caR was stolen and failed to tell me so wen the cops that were watching him for over a week saw us they found me following him and instanly tied me in on it and thats bullshit i lost my 40 grand car and until i get threw this trial i cant dio anything and instead of throwing it out they want to tri me with a rule 11 i am so lost myself and hate this whole mess and i am a wreck its a long story but its the truth i didnt know that car was stolen i just need advice on what to do how do i understand this rule 11
