Qualify for ssdi and still be rejected?

Just because you have conditions listed doesn't mean SSA is going to consider them so severe as to prevent you from working. You may have difficulty getting work, but that may or may not be enough for SSA to consider you eligible for SSDI. Having an undiagnosed disability for 10 years doesn't mean SSA will recognize it as your having a disability for 10 years. Sorry, but things are not as simple s you seem to think they are.
