Why can't I send media mail messages on my BoostMobile Juno phone?

Everytime it says "Error Cannot send message or upload due to network issues. Retry now?" I always put ok and resend it but it always says the same thing! Why would I pay something that doesn't work? Can somebody help me? How do I fix this? :/
